Data used for statistical analysis, such as course views or similar activities that do not include personal data, will continue to be used implicitly in evaluations and statistics.

    All individuals who create a user account on antemia.com or mindary.eu, or for whom an account is created by website administrators, and who are enrolled in courses on mindary.eu or have purchased one or more courses.
  • Category of Processed Data:
    Personal data (name, email address), account data, number of videos watched, course progress.
  • Legal Basis for Processing:
    Consent given upon account creation (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR).
  • Recipients of the Data:
    Antemia GmbH processes customer data internally. This data is not shared with third parties without the user's consent.
  • Storage Duration:

ANTEMIA GmbH takes appropriate security measures. This includes protection of collected customer data. However, these measures are dependent on the type of data.

7 Cookies and Local Storage

7.2 The legal basis for the processing of personal data in this context are Art. 6 (1) lit. c DSGVO and Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO. Our legitimate interest is the management of the cookies and similar technologies used and the related consents.

7.3 The provision of personal data is neither contractually required nor necessary for the conclusion of a contract. You are not obliged to provide the personal data. If you do not provide the personal data, we will not be able to manage your consents.

7.4 Browser Local Storage: Our website also uses browser local storage to save your user preference for the site theme (light or dark mode). No personal data or tracking identifiers are stored. This processing is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR) to provide a consistent user experience.

9 Place of Jurisdiction, Arbitration, and Applicable Law

9.1 Place of Jurisdiction and Applicable Law for Customers with Seat within Austria

9.1.1 The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising in connection with the contractual relationship shall be the competent court in Graz.

9.1.2 Austrian law shall apply exclusively, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on the Sale of Goods of 11 April 1980, as amended from time to time.

9.2 Arbitration and Applicable Law for Customers with Registered Office outside Austria

9.2.1 The rules of arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (http://www.wko.at/arbitration/) shall apply.

9.2.2 The losing party in the proceedings shall reimburse the winning party for the costs incurred in connection with the arbitration proceedings. In the event of partial defeat or victory, the costs shall be set off against each other or shared proportionately between the parties.

9.2.3 The place of arbitration shall be Vienna, the language of the proceedings shall be German.

9.2.4 The applicable substantive law shall be Austrian law to the exclusion of the UN Convention on the Sale of Goods of 11 April 1980 as amended from time to time.

10 Rights of Data Subjects & Notice of Legal Recourse

Direct Advertising Objection: Because we (also) process data for direct advertising, you can at any time object to this processing for purposes of direct advertising.
